Chocolate, ..Oh Chocolate!


Do not eat most chocolate, broken teeth later, most do not eat chocolate, or you will get fat. That is the usual sentences that we hear when we eat too much chocolate.

In fact it turns out chocolate has health benefits for our body such as:

1. High Antioxidant

Chocolate contains flavonol, a type of flavonoids that act as anti-oxidants and help ward off free radicals in the body.

2. Lowering Blood Pressure
